Thermoplastic elastomer tubing for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical fluid handling, suitable for peristaltic pumping, aseptic welding, heat sealing, and single-use assemblies.

Can be heat sealed and aseptically welded before or after sterilization

Supports Gamma, X-ray, and steam sterilization

Specification and selection

1. Confirm fluid compatibility, extractables, adsorption and particle requirements.
2. For pump use, specify the pump head, tubing size, speed, back pressure and run time.
3. Review material: Pharmaceutical-grade thermoplastic elastomer (TPE).
4. Review temperature range: -45°C to 135°C.
5. Review typical applications: Peristaltic pumping, aseptic connections, and fluid transfer.
