Coextruded peristaltic pump tubing for metering cleaners, disinfectants, and chemicals, combining a chemical-resistant inner layer with a flexible outer layer for media compatibility and pump life.

The inert, ultrasmooth, plasticizer-free inner layer can reduce adsorption of aqueous fluids and changes to the media

The flexible TYGON outer layer improves flex life in peristaltic pumps and reduces downtime caused by pump-tubing failure

Evaluate TYGON® Chemical - Chemical-Resistant Peristaltic Pump Tubing against the actual process fluid, operating conditions, connections and sterilization method. Specification and selection

1. Confirm fluid compatibility, extractables, adsorption and particle requirements.
2. For pump use, specify the pump head, tubing size, speed, back pressure and run time.
3. Review construction: Coextruded chemical-resistant inner layer + flexible TYGON outer layer.
4. Review temperature range: -60°C to 74°C.
5. Review hardness: Shore A 61 (nominal).
6. Provide the required quantity, delivery format and technical documentation for a quotation.
