Versilon® TLCT Smooth-Bore FEP Composite Hose overview

Combines a white smooth FEP liner with polyester cord and EPDM rubber reinforcement for chemical resistance, kink resistance, full-vacuum capability, and high-pressure transfer in CIP, cleaning-agent, and process-chemical service.

The nonstick smooth FEP bore facilitates steam, caustic, and solvent cleaning and helps reduce media hold-up

Polyester cord and EPDM reinforcement resist kinking, ozone, and abrasion, without an easily worn wire-braid layer on the exterior

Specification and selection

1. Confirm working pressure at temperature, vacuum, minimum bend radius and assembly safety factors.
2. Check the liner, reinforcement, static dissipation and available installation space.
3. Review construction: White FEP liner + multi-layer polyester cord + EPDM rubber.
4. Review id range: 1/2 to 4 in..
5. Review working pressure: Approximately 150-500 psi (10.3-34.5 bar), depending on size.
6. Provide the required quantity, delivery format and technical documentation for a quotation.
